Status Information


How will I know if ILB received my electronic request?

  • The status of your request can be seen on WebRetrieve's main page under Outstanding Requests.

How will I know when my materials have arrived?

  • When ILB materials are ready for your use, KU's system will email you telling you where to pick up your items. These items will be held at the library location of your choice, as designated by your choice on WebRetrieve (See Change User Information). Articles delivered electronically are accessible through WebRetrieve after logging in under "Electronically Received Articles."

How do I update my user information?

  • Login into WebRetrieve and under Tools click on "Change User Information" to update your contact information.
