Please contact Kyle Sederstrom or Terri Gottstein with any binding related questions, or send journals in need of library binding to the Bindery Preparation Unit following the directions given below. If you have a large project or procedural concern, please contact Tyra or Terri for more information.

Send journals to the Bindery Preparation Unit using the following instructions:

• For each volume, clearly identify the Title Identification Number and the variable information
  
  
• If no Title Identification Number is available, fill out the binding slip completely
  
  
• Each unit is responsible for maintaining its own Title Identification records in the Libraries’ system. This number may be obtained from the Heckman binding slip inside the bound journal.
