KU Libraries recently acquired access to a database that offers extensive research information about the IT industry. Gartner can be used to discover information about technological applications for business problems, to find IT industry trends, learn more about high-tech companies or markets, and discover statistical information about the IT world.

“Gartner offers research reports and information across a number of disciplines,” said KU Librarian John Stratton. “KU researchers in business, economics, computer science, engineering and health-related disciplines should find this to be a very valuable research tool.”

This site is restricted to KU users and is currently accessed through the Kyou Portal (http://students.ku.edu).

Once you have logged into the portal, click Services at the top, then click Technology Resources. Gartner will be listed on this screen. Most of the content is available for viewing but some restrictions apply.
