Actions:

ST – Gather all KU/Libraries eval forms and match with UNL forms for everyone’s to compare side by side

ST – set nxt mtg for the 11/6

Questions / Discussion:

1 – How are our forms really different?  Is the process broken or is it a supervisor issue?

2 – (For the Dean/Mike) What are Admin’s intentions with the eval/merit revision?  Do they actually want to incorporate values?  Is this primarily for the UCP evals? 

Recommendations (for Dean/HR/Dean’s Council?) so far:

Oral or written review of goals with supervisor every 6 months.

All supervisors neeed to follow process in the same way.  This needs to be enforced.

Use the Supervisor Forums to start now getting all the supervisors on the same page with existing process.
