Mary Ann received a complaint from someone in Group IV about something being announced in a CCEB meeting, yet not making it into the minutes.
Management Group: Jeff will no longer take notes nor will he compose minutes after receiving a complaint for something that he wrote.
Amendment to Code: Overwhelmingly for the amendment.
SDC: Still needs one classified staffer.
Engineering: Eaton Hall should be complete by the 1st of Oct.
· Assuming final approval and sufficient funding, the floor plan of Spahr will be flipped.
· 10,000 volumes have been sent to the Annex.
CEYA: Jeff will send in slate of names for CEYA committee to Sandy for Stella’s approval.
Retrieval Services: Looking for volunteers to help set up staff workshops in order to relieve the LITS staff from their current burden of responsibilities.
