o Watson Conference Rms. A&B have been tentatively reserved for Friday, Mar. 7, from 10:30-12. CCEB will come to a final decision as to whether or not we should host this meeting after the Feb. 28 Town Hall Meeting.

· Rush to Ballot on Decision Regarding "Alternative to Civil Service"
o The vote has been moved back to late Mar., early Apr.

· Code Committee
o The committee is meeting and progress is being made. The item stating that one person may hold no more than one office at a time will be left in the Code with a provision allowing for circumstances, such as a sudden loss of members on the CCEB. In addition, Roger's Rules moved from the Code to the Guidelines so that we may exempt ourselves from using them.

· Committee Representatives' Reports
o Classified Conference Personnel Committee: Sandy Gilliland will look into why Jana Borchardt and Helen Dee were denied tuition reimbursements for internship hours. The issue of cross-training has stalled.
o Classified Employee of the Year Award: Interviews are complete and the committee is in the process of writing their report. A decision may be reached by mid-March.

· CCEB Matters
o CCEB Website: The question of changing that part of the website that pertains to the "List of 'Participation Myths'" is tabled until the next meeting.
o Meeting with the Dean and the Personnel Officer: Updates on Watson's reconfiguration and the reshaping of Access Services will be requested at the next meeting on Mar. 17.
