The Applied English Center (AEC) has offered English language classes (ESL) to students and scholars from all parts of the world since 1964. We welcome students at all levels of English proficiency, preparing them for study in American universities and helping them participate in American society.
6-Week Fulbright English for Graduate Studies Program

AEC Theses and Dissertations Course
This course (see "GS700 / AEC06 Thesis & Dissertation Class with Grammar Support Lab") is offered to students preparing to write their theses and dissertations. The KU Libraries leads two sessions each semester for this course, providing instruction on EndNote, a reference management software application, and related library research skills. In summer 2005, we also held an information session/Q&A for these students on the new Electronic Theses and Dissertations submissions process.
