Assessment Internship:
KU Libraries seeks applicants for a new internship designed to support library assessment projects. The intern will work under the supervision of the Assistant Dean for User Services and will also collaborate with librarians and library staff in many areas including Reference/Instruction, and Collection Development.
Focus of the internships:
• Conduct and analyze data from interviews of library staff about assessment and reporting needs
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data gathered about library services and programs
• Analyze web usage data for library web sites and create summary reports for internal use
• Conduct literature reviews and write brief summaries for a library audience
• Develop written resources and presentation materials on assessment topics
• Other related duties as assigned
Hiring Rate
$10.00 per hour
