Data on CD-ROM in KU Libraries

KU Libraries has over 1000 CDs containing spatial and/or statistical data. Many are from government agencies such as USGS, NOAA and the US Census Bureau. You can find these CDs are in the online catalog using the tips below. 1. Click 'Set Other Search Limits' button. 2. Set Location to 'Anschutz Library (all collections)' and click 'Set Limits' button. 3. Click on the 'Advanced Search' tab and try the following: Search for: cdrom (all of these), Search by: Keyword Anywhere OR Search for: cd rom (all of these), Search by: Keyword Anywhere AND Search for: soil, landcover, etc., Search by: Keyword Anywhere, Titles (all), Subject Headings, etc.

These CDs are available in Anschutz Library, at the main (Circulation) desk or in the GIS and Data Lab.
