African-American Experience

Users gain a new understanding and perspective on the African-American experience through these varied and rare primary source materials. The diversity of this collection - including letters from Frederick Douglass to Harriet Tubman; speeches by Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X; music, poetry, personal commentary on audio and much more - encourages re-evaluation of four centuries of the African-American experience.
