  3:45 – 4:00    Visit to International Area Studies, 5th floor, Watson Library. Welcome by Jana Krentz, International Area Studies Coordinator.
  

  4:00 – 4:15     Visit to KU Center for Digital Scholarship, 4th floor Watson.
  Welcome by Deborah M. Ludwig, Asst. Dean for Collections and Scholarly Services.
  4:15 – 4:30     A time for browsing.
  4:30 – 4:45     Walk to Kenneth Spencer Research Library, 1450 Poplar Lane.
  4:45 – 5:30      Presentation by Sherry Williams on the African-American Archives Project and Connections with Africa.  Spencer 3rd Floor lounge area.
  5:30 – 7:00      Reception in Kenneth Spencer Research Library North Gallery. Welcome by Lorraine J. Haricombe, Dean of Libraries.
