If you need to add money to your KU Card account, follow the instructions
below.
Effective August 2004 each enrolled student with a KU Card will receive the first 100 pages of printing free during the Fall and Spring semesters. During the summer enrolled students receive 50 pages free.
The CSPrint software will automatically check your KU Card account
for adequate value if you are logged onto the workstation with your
KU Online ID.
If you are on a workstation that is logged on as an Express Station,
you will need to enter the 16-digit ISO number from the KU Card so that
the CSPrint software can validate your KU Card account information.
If you need to add money to your KU Card account, follow the instructions
below.
Add Money to Your KU Card (library borrower card)
All library users can add money to the KU Card account at Campus Systems
Value Terminals (CSVTs) in Watson Library (3rd floor lobby), in Anscutz Library (3rd floor lobby) or in the
Kansas Union (Level 4, outside the KU Card Center).
KU Students, Faculty, and Staff can also recharge the KU Card online:
Login using your KU Online ID (email login/password)
Click the Finances tab
Click Recharge Your KU Card with Enroll and Pay
Log on to Enroll & Pay using the Lawrence/Edwards Campus option (good
for students, faculty, and staff; use KU Online ID)
Click +Recharge KU Card --> +Recharge KU Card --> +KU Card -->
+Recharge KU Card
Click the Recharge KU Card button
Click Payment Profiles on the left sidebar of the QuikPay page to
set up either a checking/savings account or a Discover/Mastercard
credit card account
Click Recharge KU Card on the left sidebar to access the KU Card Summary
page
Click the Add Funds button on the KU Card Summary page
Enter the payment amount
Choose a payment method
Fill in the appropriate information to transfer funds to the KU Card
account
Confirm or edit the transaction
Print a transaction receipt
Log off QuikPay, Enroll & Pay, and the portal then close your browser
to protect your privacy
