What to Do If You Can’t Log-In
Our computers require log-ins. You’ll need your KU online ID—the same ID you used when you enrolled—and your password. If you have forgotten your KU online ID or password, you can retrieve them here. If you experience problems, please ask for assistance at the IT desk or library circulation desk.Problems with Email

How to Check Out a Laptop
Laptops are available for check-out to KU students, staff, and faculty (does not include KUMC faculty and staff). Check-out time is 4 hours (no overnight). If no one else is waiting for the laptop, it may be renewed at the library circulation desk.How to Connect to Our Wireless
Most of the Edwards Campus has wireless. To access JAYHAWK wireless you need the following:
· A computer with wireless network card
· A valid KU Online ID and password
Visitors can request guest access for a fee at the administration desk.

My document won’t print
You must have a KU Card, a KU email address (even if you don’t use it!) and be an enrolled student in order to print. Students have $8 worth of free printing (100 pages) at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters and $4 worth (50 pages) for the summer semester. KU faculty and staff are not granted any free printing.
If you need to add money to your card, you may add money to your KU Card on-line via the Kyou portal. There are no transaction fees assessed to you when using this on-line recharge service. Follow the instructions below at How to Add Money to Your Printing Account

How to Add Money to Your Printing Account
Students have $8 worth of free printing (100 pages) at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters and $4 worth (50 pages) for the summer semester. KU faculty and staff are not granted any free printing. You may add money to your KU Card on-line via the Kyou portal. There are no transaction fees assessed to you when using this on-line recharge service.
1. Got to the KU Homepage and select Kyou portal.
2. Login using your KU Online ID and personal password.
3. Choose the "Finances" tab, then choose "KU Card".
4. Under "Account Summary" and "Beak ‘Em Bucks" choose "Recharge card."
5. You will be redirected to the KU Online Payment System.
6. On the top left, click on the link that says "Make a Payment." It will show your card balance as Beak ‘Em Bucks balance.
8. Choose "Pay".
9. Beak ‘Em Bucks is the name of your KU Card account. Click "Pay". A minimum dollar amount is required per payment (five dollars in eCheck and ten dollars in credit card payments).
