Suspension of Access to Library Services


Borrowing privileges, and when applicable, access to Interlibrary Loan and remote access to databases, are suspended when:
  • Any borrower accumulates a total of $80.00 or more in unpaid library charges.
  • A KU student is no longer enrolled, a faculty or staff member is no longer employed, or the status as an active affiliate has ended.
  • The KU Library Borrower Card has expired or the borrower no longer qualifies for library privileges.

Proxy privileges will be suspended if the combined total due from the sponsor and all proxies equals $80.00 or more, or if the sponsor is no longer employed or enrolled by the University.
