Eligibility for Library Services for KU Users
KU Users are defined as currently enrolled students, currently employed faculty and staff, and authorized affiliates of the Lawrence and Edwards campuses. Affiliates include emeritus and retired KU faculty and all other retirees of the University of Kansas. KU users receive Full Library Services.
- Current enrollment is defined as enrolled at The University of Kansas for the current semester. During June and July, enrollment for the summer session or for the forthcoming fall semester (if enrolled for the previous spring) qualifies as current enrollment.
- Current employment requires active or leave payroll status or active status as an authorized affiliate in The University of Kansas (Lawrence and Edwards) human resources records.
